Do I need any prior knowledge?

Is this just a lecture series about Hall?
No. Every module ends with a concrete, named practice. You will not "learn about" the mysteries. You will begin to live them.
What is the difference between the gates?
Depth and format. The lower gates give you the foundation; the Adept gives you the full written course with the tracker; the Master adds the complete narrated audio of all twelve modules.
Is this religious?
No. It is non-sectarian and practice-based. Hall drew from every tradition; Steiner adds precision. You answer only to your own experience.
How long does it take?
Each module's practice runs one to six weeks. The full path is a 14 to 18 week training you keep for life.
